Multiple team members can edit simultaneously:

Comments

Add comments to any content:

  1. Select text
  2. Click Comment or Ctrl+M
  3. Type your comment
  4. Mention teammates with @

Version History

Track all changes:

  • View any previous version
  • Compare versions (diff view)
  • Restore if needed
  • See who made each change

Role Capabilities
Owner Full control, billing, delete
Admin Manage team, all data access
Editor Create, edit, run analyses
Viewer Read-only access

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Project SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email address
  4. Select role
  5. Send invitation

  1. Clear roles: Assign appropriate permissions
