Every statistic in MedTWIN is computed from your actual data and linked to its source.
How It Works
When you write a statistic in your paper:
- Computation: MedTWIN runs the calculation on your data
- Storage: Result stored with full provenance
- Linking: Statistic in paper linked to computation
- Verification: Status shown visually

Click to Verify
Click any statistic to see:
- Source: The exact query/code
- Data version: Which dataset was used
- Run ID: Unique computation identifier
- Timestamp: When computed
Automatic Updates
When you update data:
- Statistics marked as "stale"
- Re-run analysis to refresh
- Paper automatically updates
Export for Peer Review
Include verification data in exports:
- Audit trail document
- Computation code
- Data snapshots (anonymized)
